Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1-2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1-1½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • ¼ cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ finely diced apple (fresh or frozen)
  • Optional: tiny drizzle of maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add dry ingredients to a jar or container, stir to mix.
  2. Stir in milk and yogurt.
  3. Refrigerate overnight (12 hours).
  4. Eat cold or warm in the morning.

Additional Information

  • Apples provide cholesterol-lowering soluble fiber.
  • Frozen apples work well.
